At FREIGHT Jewelry, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as FREIGHT Jewelry is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Custom, engraved, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes (for international orders) are non-refundable.

FREIGHT Jewelry reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above requirements.
